BORING BORING BORING
« on: December 31, 2017, 08:12:36 »
With the server down, life became quite boring. So I followed the call to get out and take photos. But when I came in again, NikonGear was still down, moore booooring. In desperation I opened my until now unused Photoshop 8CS, and loaded smallish .jpg files (raw did not open) and played with different sliders. I think the result shows a profound identity crises, triggered by the lenghty downtime of the server hosting NikonGear. May the server not fail in 2018 and keep all photo enthusiasts forever happy.

Thanks for looking and commenting, ordinary pictures, no extras, just trying out Photoshop first time.

Bored is state of mind, not easy to achive if you look for it. Very productuve it seams :) I like your process, specially the first one, gorgeous.

May the server go down only if needed.

   Happy new year!

Happy new year. A postcard from Moscow, in case you would be nostalgic of ages past.

Hi, very nice Airy. maybe the guy on the wall represents "the last male", 2017 was after all, basically a very welcome game changer.

Interesting.
What does the back say about the office being shown?
It seems like it was shot around Christmas time. I also wonder what year, who knows how long did Brezhnev's paintings stay up on the walls after his death in 1982...
