Is anyone here using Sun Surveyor?
« on: September 01, 2016, 10:54:22 »
Is anyone here using Sun Surveyor as an aid to your photography? It appears to be available for most OS(s), e.g. Android, IOS, Windows, OSX. If so how do you like it? ...

Is it a help over and above the USNO's complete sun, moon data for one day...

I have tried the free "Lite" version, but I prefer "The Photographer's Ephemeris" http://photoephemeris.com/.

I have it, but am a casual, occasional user.  Same with Sun Seeker and Helios.
The 'virtual sun' predictive positioning tool is often incorrect, in my use, on all these apps.
