Cathedral Rouen
« on: September 02, 2016, 22:55:54 »
During our short trip to Bretagne we visited Rouen and it's cathedral.
It was a few days after the memorial service for the assassinated priest.
There was still strange atmosphere, difficult to describe.
I processed this with Silver Effex Pro and have it printed on Alu-dibond.

Interesting b&w conversion, we pass Rouen every summer om our way to the south, always wondered about R.'s churches, actually this year on the very day of the fatal attack, tuesday the 26th of july my daughters'birthday as it happens, we passed.

Chris, lovely especially the stairs. Such a tragic occurrence and so unnecessary.

Thanks all.
I printed the first one on aluminium dibond (45x30cm) and it's still impressive.
Just need to find a spot on the wall. :)

I got the whole celler full but no space on the wall. Too many artist friends.....

... good luck!

The B&W version carries majestic feel.  I also like the elaborate stairs!
