All are good and the last one, with the small reddish fungus and blur circles, is outstanding.

Thanks, quite amazing what this lens from an abandoned micro projection system delivers ;-)
If I'm not mistaken by the reflections, it is a 5e/5g design, most likely a modified Double Gauss.
Other images show that it is nearly apochromatic, with hardly any visible CA.

As I shoot only fully open, the DOF is simply determined by the distance away and the focal length of then, lens and its f-stop. Just play with it and you'll soon get a grip on that. 85mm is quite a useful focal length, gives you enough working distance for flowers as well as portraits, if you like that.
Thank you cant wait for that lens to arrive then practice practice. Will post and hope you will critique. Have been trying out combinations with what i have.Quite a learning curve.

Thanks. That was quite a challenge, as those fungi were very tiny, and all that handheld, just some bottom support...
