Doors 12 and 14 are reserved for the bulls (so says the small sign atop the door), Door 13 to bullfighters... (is that sign a bullfighter's hat?)
I would think no serious bullfighter would ever attempt to walk that door... given the inherent dangers of his work!

Set up before the elections, were supposed to host electoral posters by candidates. Went mostly unused, the rust shows...
Nowadays, candidates use the Web. No comments on election results.
