Hello,

Following this discussion as there are a handful of things that I really enjoy about DxO (lens profiles, advanced geometrical corrections, batch processing, etc.etc.) The lack of local adjustments and a few other things is the hurdle I can not get over. Perhaps time to have another look. It is a shame that they moved advanced geometrical corrections to a plug in - did they start that with the current version?

Regards,
Tom

Edit- One quick question, can you create your own Lens profiles?

Advanced geometrical corrections are a separate module (you have to purchase DxO Viewpoint 2). Some geomatrical corrections however can be made.   If needed I use for CC for that. Another drawback is the lack of info of third party lenses like Voigtlanders, and the older Nikkors.

But apart from these things DxO is fast, flexible in setting up all kind of own settings, color profiles of any kind, excellent Prime noise reduction and fast batch-processing and output of files were-ever you like it.
