A late, dark and very windy evening outside Nyksund, Norway. The AFS 300 f/4 PF E VR comes to the rescue. At the rail of the boat below the steering house there is a sign, www.norskfisketransport.no so apparently it is transporting farmed fish. Below that is the name of the ship, VIKTORIA LADY.

Just to show it was not just luck, another one, 1/10 sec !! f/6.3 ISO 800 handheld

I work in the transit industry, so I'm always taking pictures of trains when I get a chance.  This is one of a few Dallas Area Rapid Transit vehicles outside the maintenance shop I work at, I can't remember which warming filter I used 81(A or C) to give it a more southwestern feel with the warm glow of the sunset.
