Return of the Black Panthers... but in Tokyo (?) and no Doberman  ;).  Fashion statements  :) .   Shame the dog's face didn't have better light but shooting Street doesn't give the best poses all of the time.  Maybe the badge is for a Security type and the Poodle is actually a ferocious guard dog in Drag   ;) .

Thanks, Tom.  No doubt the dog is a fashion statement - a big one, though, by Tokyo standards, and maybe in drag. We don't see many guard dogs here.

Its sheer size caught my eye.
