When I visited Erik in Copenhagen in December 2010 we crossed the bridge to a snowy Sweden to photograph Denmark from across the pond.

Here's the Great Dane at work

D3s with 50/1.2 Ai-S @ f/2

And returning from a climb for another shot

D3s with 180/2.8 AF @ f/2.8, 1/13 sec and ISO4000
Cheers,
Jan Anne

It was a bit chilly but Erik - as an experienced outdoorsman - was well prepared for the cold and snowy conditions.

Oh, I got some of those as well :)

I've seen Bjørn R. photograph people in this way more than once:

Untitled by Joergen Ramskov, on Flickr

Here's another Bjørn photographing Rudolf and showing my lacking editing skills too:

I wasn't alone in finding my feets fascinating:

Me, having borrowed a lens, have forgot who's lens it was:

Bjørn R. directing Rudolf and Jan Anne at the border of the city Å:

There's a couple more in my Flickr album.

Often it's entertaining to learn what image(s) actually resulted from these amusing situations in which photographers poke their lenses large or small in the most random directions ...

This is the output from the Lofoten scene depicted by Jørgen Ramskov. Rudolf and Jan Anne were the obliging models I needed for the following capture;

Jan Anne, that second image of Erik conveys cold and it looks like he is shivering.
Bjørn, so cool.

Wow, thanks for posting that Bjørn. I don't think I've seen that before.

Jan Anne hiding behind some glass
My beloved 200/2VR which I bought from a NG member and later sold to another member a while back, one of the few lenses I regret selling....

For those who know him: a true Jakov-pic. It has all the elements - him, a camera, el presidente, and even the dandelion he used in his previous shots.  ;D
