With the Leica SL thread on, this ought to be a nice offset, i think its a M2 or M3, thanks for noticing Armando.

Back to today's working heroes.

A study of Elsa Hoffmann shooting a Cape Fur Seal at Kalk Bay, Western Cape. This was a massive old male with a breath to match his size :D He was very obliging as to the request of posing for her, though ....

Even the Great Dane (aka Dr. Lens aka Erik Lund) sometimes have to stand on his toes to get the scene ...

There probably is a photographer in the most remote nooks and crannies all over the world. An example from the longest road tunnel of Norway .... But note the need for a high-visibility vest - shooting in tunnels close to speeding cars an be quite dangerous.

Contrary to common beliefs, I was once young too. Here back in '75 with a motorised Nikon F2 and a 200/4 Nikkor if I'm reading the image right. From the early days of my career as an aquatic botanist, by the way.

Wonder who is the dedicated UV photographer hiding in the desert? (she is our resident boffin, by the way).

Same unruly hair, albeit darker, Jakov .... We are 40+ years back in time.

Second a third were taken pictures during a workshop about dance and photography. The first...I was part of some group of professionals taking pictures in an event in my hometown when this particular guy step through security line like nothing is happening, approach the stage, shoot away and off he goes. I couldn´t stop smiling :)
