Fons - these are very artistic captures of everyday life. I like how you see them and your b/w conversion. Any particular tips for b/w conversion (for a PP novice like me)?

Anirban, similar to what Armando suggested in your post, in photoshop i work around with the different colour slides under black and white tab,
you have to experiment with what you like,
b/w is about red, blue and yellow to put it simple,
light and contrast
