Returning now to an appropriate subject for the season: fallen leaves on a frozen surface. The following ones were taken in my back garden and the  subject is the same leaf for all of them. The main difference is the angle of incidence of the camera. Possiblities are virtually endless.

Nicely panned and with an almost 3-d effect due to the shadow on the water surface as well.

Another old film scan. The poor victim is an arctic ground squirrel.

Slowly climbing towards a better position, perhaps making it to the Top 100? From a book assignment some years ago, while film still reigned supreme.

Our first crew beercan shot during the NG Stavanger to Bergen trip in 2010. Everybody else was fast asleep while we were sitting in front of our rooms fooling around with beer cans, Erik's BR-2A reverse ring, Jakovs Norwegian flag and some duct tape I had tucked in my camera bag.

The result

Erik's D3 & Carlsberg 33cl

Erik & Bjørn taking the image

D3s & 50/1.2 Ai-S @ f/1.2

The Carlsberg 33cl pinhole lens in all its glory

D3s & 50/1.2 Ai-S @ f/1.2
Cheers,
Jan Anne

We even remembered to empty the beer cans first before embarking on the pinhole project.
