Erik makes a good point — especially if the artist paints with acrylic colours!

(I have had bitter experiences with Acylics!!)

Constant light is definitely the best way to go, you can tweak until there are no reflections.

Edit your images while you have the art next to the monitor. Digital renders a lot different than you see,,,
