Database Errors again

These happened around 23:30 on the night of Monday 19th March.

It may have been caused by the algorithm that checks for duplicate postings
(software that has been unreliable on NG for several years).

These results were from trying to post an item in the same thread, three different times, using different content. Another post  I made to exactly the same "Food" thread in between these was accepted without issues :(
