The read-out speed of the Nikon Z9 gives no issues when using the electronic shutter.

John, how about the potential flicker problem of LED lighting?  They flicker much faster than at 50/60 cps.

Used to do tibetan yoga with some elaborate physical exercises similar to your pic, stopped doing the more difficult ones after hurting my back ;)
