The thought slipped my mind -- thanks for the reminder, Ian :)

During the new, heavy snow fall today, the depth of the snowpack outside increased to well over 1m, thus there now are doors that cannot be opened to the outside. Swimming pools become a remote dream.

However, I actually managed it while in Grand Cayman. My Z6 is now in Silicon Heaven.

View from the breakfast table -- our porch is no longer accessible because the snow pack blocks the door :(

Nikon Z fc, Viltrox 75mm f/1.2. At late night the lens "speed" comes in handy.

we only had a wee bit snowfall but everything seemd to break down. Schools were closed and Bus service stopped due to 50 cm of snow announced of which 10 cm materialzed Good heavens!
