Rare Nikkor fisheye?
« on: December 30, 2022, 23:24:21 »
First time I see it......looks like the usual 6/2.8 but by reading about it.....it is different.
If only two are made I guess none in this forum has the other copy?

When it has serial no. 113001 I guess the other one has 113002? :-)

Yes, I also noticed this in the written description of the lens.
Good that they describe it. They also write that they can't see it on the pictures made by the lens.
The scratches would also be a "no go" for me. But interesting Nikon made this large lens. 17 kg vs. 5 kg for the "small" 6/2.8?
Hopefully the other known sample is without any faults :-)

I have seen the lens and taken a few images with it before the adapter was made. It's jus as impressive as the 6mm f/2.8 It's the same shop that had the 6mm f/2.8 i used!
The three scratches I belive are very very faint,,,
