Nordic Seaplanes - Connecting Copenhagen harbour with the rest of DenmarkNikon Z6 [IR] 40mm @ f/2I had read the 40mm Z had issues with hotspot however if I keep it below f/10 it behaves very reliable and f/8 is anyway yielding very good depth of focus - After borrowing JA's lens on our latest get together the little 40mm was an easy pick for a walk around Z-lens - Thank you JA!

Beautiful ambiance, Bruno. The horizontal natural lines working in contrast with the houses verticality. Atmosphere and those two people with the umbrellas to round it up for size measure and fashion (love the umbrellas).

Environmental portrait at 300mm. I consider it as such because the lighting, coming from the audio control gives a very specific color, direction and overall ambiance. As for the previous post in this thread, he is an audio technician for live events. The lens performance is brilliant wide open.

Another sunset for Akira.

Nikon Z6, 85m f/1.8S.

Here is another one, though the window of train arriving in Anchorage, late evening.

Very nice atmosphere, gentlemen!

Thank Akira.

Very strong portait, Paco - 300mm can be a very nice portrait lens, especially in side view.

Thank you Akira, have been while since the last live dance show. It was difficult to find the rhythm but a very pleasant experience. The show had a few excellent visual moments. So happy you like this one

Øivind, Richard, thank you. Yes, 300mm can work for portraits. Unobtrusive, it works nicely for candid too. Little to no post. The camera was set as neutral profile, wb k3200 (my usual starting point for stage work). Light levels were low, some iso3200, f2.8, 1/160. All adjustments are a exposure fine tunning

Sure, why not, if there's enough people interested in seascape and beach morning light :)

Thanks, Paco. I see it better with your comment.
