Thank you, Hugh, Jakov and Paco!  The cityscape was necessary to make the size of this beautiful but ominous cloud more pronounced.

Capturing the lightning is pure matter of luck out of many failed attempts.  This was a lucky result of just the second or third attempt.  Right after I had captured this lighting in the left 1/3 of the frame, the direction of the strong wind changed to blow straight to me and it rained harder.  So, I had to grab the camera on the tripod and rush into my place.
