Olympus IOTY 2021 Microscopy Contest

All of them were fluorescence images this year.

My photomicrograph captured with the Nikon Z6 was the winning image of Asia Pacific.

"Spores bursting out of fern sori capsules".

I take it the fluorescence is induced by UV? Would be nice if you wish to share some details on this approach.
