No. The sign's job is to keep the cat free from any disturbance. By the way, what's the plant in the upper right called? I had one long ago and I'd like to purchase another for my garden.

I can't I.D. that plant, only the Plumeria on the left. If/when I pass that spot again, I'll try to get a closer shot and I.D. of the plant in question.
