I love parrots. 
Parrots and crows are frequently described as the most intelligent birds. 
When I look at a parrot and wonder what they are thinking, I always think they are looking back at me, as if they are trying to decide what I am thinking! 

Great photo of what appears to be a very inquisitive and intelligent bird!
