[Theme] Your favourit and/or last shot(s) of 2018
« on: December 31, 2018, 19:24:33 »
For me 2018 was (too) busy with other things than taking pictures and posting/commenting on NikonGear - hope I'll have more time for this in 2019.
Would be fun to see what your last shot in 2018 was and/or your own favourite shot (shot by you) of the year.
Happy 2019!

Two last shots from a walk today.

First is a kind of "Memento Mori" for 2019 - a bird that was possibly the (unexpected) last meal in 2018 of another bird (of prey).
Second is a tree trunk showing signs of long age - time flies :-)

Lars, your "memento mori" shot is impressive and indeed meaningful...

Keith, I like the last one for its cinematique framing.

My last shot of 2018 (parhelion/sundog) was already posted to this "Clouds" thread.  So, I would avoid the double post here:

Had a few favorite ones from 2018.
Guess this one stands out the most though.

Happy New Year  :)

This may very well be one of my personal favourites of 2018,
taken in the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Humlebæk.

Airy, Happy New Year!  Your kids look intelligent.  I remember and love the image with the ballons!
