At first glance, I thought it was a low angle shot of a water's edge, but soon realized it was a long shot with tiny figures.

Now I love this pleasantly deceptive image.  Lighting is nice, too.

The cliff i was standing on is about 50 meters so the people below are quite small.

Agreed, it took me a few glances to work out the actual scale of what you captured here.

Foreground, lighting, long human shadows give to this image a special atmosphere.
