This doesn't work for me in a couple of ways.
Her face looks much too soft when compared to the seeming sharpness of her right hand, which draws my attention.
There is what looks like haloing along her right sleeve; this might actually be rim light but it does draw attention.

Frank as you would imagine I much prefer the colour version, a little nitpick I would like to see her face a wee bit brighter. however a super portrait.

great capture but I agree - the face is too dark and grainy for me.

I wish the clarity/IQ of the hand was also projected to the face. Either the face need to have less detail so it doesn't compete against the hand or more detail/sharper/lightened & a touch more contrast, to compete evenly against the hand, et cetera. Presently, ones eyes are drawn to the face and the first thought is why isn't the face as well defined as the glass ... as opposed to the first thought being "Cheers".
