The rock is colourful and diversified and the treatment it has received makes it look remarkably better ...

The studio-like background throws me off a bit, but I still like the whole image!  Creative.

I see what you mean Tristin. I decided to go for a "studio" look, but it's actually not very far from the truth as the camera saw it. A strong vignette and local contrast is pretty much all I applied.

I like the studio look as the image is suited to that style for me personally.

It was a really simple shot (part from med balancing on wet rocks). X-Pro2 handheld with the 23mm f/2 mounted. Velvia simulation.
