Vere serene and tranquil atmosphere ... The bright areas of the sky makes the contrast a little heavy, though. Perhaps pull down in editing or crop off?

I love the boat and the reflection in the water very much.

Could you try a remix with the sky cut to a minimum and the cityscape by the shore as a brightend up counter weight?

I agree that cropping the top would improve somehow the image.
Frank,
to be honest, that would be too much for me. If I have to do all that pp in a picture, I'd rather toss it in the trash bin, if the moment caught is not very precious.
