Mounting a 150mm EL-Nikkor on PB-4

I have an older 150mm EL-Nikkor that I'd like to try out on my PB-4 bellows. The trouble is, I'm not sure if I can mount it without a custom adapter. This is the older version of the lens. From what I can tell, the read thread is male 53mm x .75 pitch while the front thread is female 47mm x .75 pitch. As far as I can see, there aren't any off the shelf step adapters to step up/down to 52mm. So, is my only option having a custom adapter made?

Baader Planetarium sells 54 > 52 mm adapters. Stick your lens into one of those after having prepared it with some tape over the threads and it should be held pretty tight. Add a K2 to get the F mount.

I might have some of these Baader thingies floating around if you cannot get them elsewhere.

i got a converter that i bought from the junk box
it's an M42-52mm so i just mount my EL-Nikkor in reverse with a BR-2 (yes they still sell these NEW!!!)
i am sure that you can find one somewhere.

Get a female 52mm stacking cap. Bore a hole in it just like one for an enlarger lens board. Screw the female stacking cap on to a Nikon BR-2A ring. Install the 150/5.6 or 135/5.6 EL Nikkor on the female stacking cap facing forward or use the 52mm filter thread to reverse the EL Nikkor directly on the BR-2A ring. Take care boring the hole as those stacking cap are generally made of soft aluminum.

He paints the inside matte black to assist with eliminating reflections.

I have both his Aluminium and brass adapaters, brass feels more solid, but tarnishes quickly. Aluminium type is still very well made and lighter.
Either type are highly recommended.

He also has a link to request custom adapters to fit specific applications.

EDIT:
If you have a browse through the filter step ring/adapter page HERE, he lists the 'old' 150/5.6 EL Nikkor to have a 47mm 0.5 thread pitch, not the 0.75 pitch you've measured.
So I would triple confirm the front thread before making any choice.
