Dave's image has made me go back to the shots I took from that summit two years ago.
It was a very enjoyable hike.
The B&W shots are straight from the camera.

I remember these well - they are all good, but #1 to #3 are really excellent with beautiful rendering of the tones in the snow.

Thank you Dave and Erik.

My 2016 winter Scottish trip is yet to come and I hope it will be blessed by good weather. My main aim for the upcoming trip is Creag Meagaidh, I hope to get some good images there too.
The crowd I hike with are fast movers and not interested in taking photos, I have to shoot quick, not much time to think.
If we get to go on Ben Lawers this time it will be me the one having to drive the straggling photographers! :)
