Respect 2
« on: December 24, 2015, 14:03:24 »
This was taken on Spadina Avenue in the heart of the original Chinatown district, here in Toronto.
As I approached this couple, standing and talking, I was struck by the way the younger man carefully held the woman's hand, and his expression as they talked, and I grabbed this shot.
Image converted to black and white in Photoshop.
motorized F3P
Tamron SP 35~105 2.8 AIS manual focus
Fuji 100 ISO colour slide
probably 5.6 @ 1/125th
I shoot with film. That's film. F...i...l...m. You remember film. It was in all the papers.

That's a sweet moment captured.  I wish there was less dof, but that is obviously a personal preference.

It isn't often one finds this warmth on the street.
