I looked into my profile, but there is no such setting as "look and layout".  Maybe I need to make 10+ posts?!

For anyone else having this issue:

Go to Profile > Modify Profile > Look & Layout and set the Return to topic flag there. Pretty well hidden like a lot of the optionjs in this forum software.
