do tell about the bee keeper thing?
You basically use it to hold the skin at then end when you cut off the meat from the skin.
Makes life a lot easier. Usually your fingers are very slippery, once you reached that stage.
With that fork it becomes trivial.
Now I just need the time before Xmas to go to a beekeper shop and buy two, one for my dad (where I get my fresh trout from) as an Xmas present.
