Bonn by Pano
« on: October 13, 2015, 18:58:02 »
I continue to shoot panos in my home town. Started that in 2005 with my first decent pano contraption & the D70. Today we seem to have had the last nice weather for a while, so I took the chance.

I will also post some oldies and if there is another Bonner or Bonn visitor here who wants to post panos, feel free...

#1: The "Bonner Loch" which is the hole one falls in when stepping out of the Train Station was designed in the 1970ies. It is an Amphitheatre, very nice, but it is not used that way. It is used to seat the Junkies and Alkies. In the beginning it was also used for concerts and theatre and the like. There were nice wooden benches to sit on. On the lweft in this pic there is a Hotel that manages to look uglier than the "Loch"
You are out there. You and your camera. You can shoot or not shoot as you please. Discover the world, Your world. Show it to us. Or we might never see it.

An here you see the same data in another unconventional way:

You are out there. You and your camera. You can shoot or not shoot as you please. Discover the world, Your world. Show it to us. Or we might never see it.

Another construction site (Bonn is always under construction):

The unconventional expression is more my thing.

Frank I got dizzy from the first image, but the last one I really like.

Hello Frank, the first two images reminded me of my way home from work about ten years ago... ;)

I prefer the third one, though. I like the way the white structures seem to reach for the viewer of the pic.
