This is more like it. Looks good. There are a lot of artifacts, mostly "halos," that can be removed by retouching. Be sure to use both methods, PMax and DMap. Use DMap as the base and touch up with PMax (and individual layers). Retouchings is both a bit of a science and and art. And you are launched. If you don't want technical comments, I understand, but they might help you in the beginning.

I am greatul for your comments especially.

I want technical comments.

Esp. I need to learn more about managing wind.

Yesterday I felt the wind was following me from flower to flower. So I have some stunning single frames
but to stack the angles shift to much. And I have a lot of frames for the bin, because windshake made them
unusable. Currently I feel I might be better off cutting the high definition parts into TIFF snippets and glueing
them together with my panorama program. That way I created most of my multifocus shots earlier.

next is to do a studio shoot to create more confidence in Zerena

I am trying to figure out what Zerena

1) does
2) is supposed to do
3) allows me to influence
4) keeps away from my eyes

It seems to be a complex tool and I have to have more that 30 days to test it.

Confusing her. Must work in windless situation / studio / indoors to get more sense into the inner workings of this Algorithm collection

The first macropano test bends my patience:

42 RAW Conversions
9 Stacks
1 Panorama 9000 * 9000 qpixels

As a proof of concept OK, but rather time consuming. Need to automate a lot here.

Good Night

This morning I pushed the Sinar to 42cm extensioin to achieve a magnification of roughly 3.5:1.

For better movements on the front standart I have to introduce a middle standart and a second bellows, then I can start the experiment with stacking & Scheimpflug.

@f=5.6 (fully open) at that magnification the DOF is shallow enough for a good stack I feel.

PS: And I will now evaluate the macro quality of the Schneider vs. the Nikkor too.
