Thank you, Fons, for the link.  That definitely makes me want to go to Spain.

It is interesting to see the footage with the very low contrast and the washed-out color.  Probably in order to make the colors of the still images taken with the color negative films to pop out.  The images would have looked a bit too dull if the footage were processed "normally" with more correct colors.

That's nice, right?

The Andalucian tourism board hired a bunch of YT photographers to take a trip and photograph & video the region. There are more videos alike on YT from ao Thomas Heaton, Nick Carver, Jason Kummerfeldt (grainydays), etc. about this trip.

I, too, find them quite enjoyable and the region indeed is stunning.

Perhaps we can muster up a NG event over there somewhere in a period that is less touristy??

We have done Spain before and we can do it again
You are out there. You and your camera. You can shoot or not shoot as you please. Discover the world, Your world. Show it to us. Or we might never see it.

I'm going to Spain for 10 days in February/March, to meet Paco again. It'll be fun to drop mittens, woolen scarves, winter parkas, and heavy boots for a while :) A summer dress, a thin jacket for evenings, and sandals will do. He is on another planet as all of you are aware of by now.
