The lines cutting into the heads so that the monks seem like a cutout on a geometric backdrop.
Not uninteresting, but the many element do not fit together in my eyes:

The monk-cutout, the concrete stupa, the pyramid, the steel door, the washing hanging outdoors to dry, the clouds, the tree & house on the right.

I feel this is a cluttered frame and you might crop to save it...
