cheap nikkor tilt shift lens?

Very trivial. Just add an Z-bayonet instead of the usual F-mount on the rear end of the PB-4.

My supply of factory Z bayonets is currently depleted as they are all deployed to various DIY contraptions. However, no bigge ordering another batch of them. Alternatively, one could get cheaper Z-adapters that don't build much, for example an Z-M42 that is virtually flat.

However, the standards of hte PB-4 do add a lot of length on their own, thus this might only work with lens heads or enlarger lenses, or perhaps older view camera lenses.

I'll have to fish it out of the closet and see what is possible.

maybe mirrorless is the way to go for this...would have been nice to have an F mount solution...
