So very well summarised and put.

Mike, I cannot pass a Mini without thinking of you.  ;D

Mike, along with Akira and others I wish you peace, and as Fons has written, grace and strength. I've long appreciated and enjoyed your contributions--images from your travels, Dave the cat, the colorful Minis, the sharing of your life. I do look forward to whatever you are able to share going forward, whether photographically or otherwise. You are clearly valued.

Mike,
So sorry to hear about this

I have enjoyed your posts since the original nikongear, fotozones, and now here, the changing of photo equipment , your trips, the minis, your dislike for b&w

Mike, it saddens me to hear the bad news. I echo what all the members said before me about strength, bravery, and cherishing every second.
