Shikras are quite common close to me.
D850, 200-500 f/5.6 @ 500mm, f/5.6, 1/1600s, ISO 160, Dec 28 2019

Very nice.  I normally see them in flight (and shoot) at long distance but have some very close static shots.   Even had one in my garden eating a Pidgin .  Took some time  ;)
