Question: How to post words after image?

When posting an image to Nikongear, I can write in the forum writing box, then attach a jpeg.  To the forum viewer at home, the writing in the post will always appear above the image.
However---I see many members posting photos with writing both above and below the attached image.
How is this done?

The image is hosted on an external web site (in my case Zenfolio), I then use the Insert Image icon  and link it directly from that web site.

(So image is not an attachment.)
