are you somehow referring to the white print on the blue sign? I cannot read it, gets lost in JPEG artifacts

Without tripod, I guess wrong lens for the job (Zeiss 25/2.

Also I dislike DxO as it doesn't support that lens and doesn't show focus point in edit (that I know of).
