How to post a classified ad?

I have a DF I want to sell and consequently tried to do so on the 'Classified Ads' page

Problem is I don't see / cant find a 'button' with which to do so

What am I overlooking?

The Classified ads are for NG subscribers only.

Just an inducement to make a few friendly souls contribute towards the running costs of the NG Community.
