I like the  uncropped version best.  I know that it is an illogical statement, but it has a more 'organic' feel.

Circular, and especially oval, frames and matts were popular in the early days of photography and print making.

I would personally leave it in its rough stiched pano format or go for a horizontal oval frame that would still retain much of the perimeter information..

When I view this image, I get the feeling that I'm being zoomed into the church at a rapid rate, and I'm not saying that in a negative way. Maybe drawn in would be better terminology.  Either way, I like it.

that's because this lens has some distortion at the extreme shift distances.. which annoys me for a 3500 USD lens.
