A few recent ones from my 500/8 N (bought in Ginza
). I also have a Tamron 500/8, the smallest one, with a reversible shade that is as big as the lens. Very handy, but lower contrast and resolution. Then, the Samyang 500/6.3, much bigger, not bad, but the mount easily gets off (it is a screw-on, so-called T- or T2-mount, and the three tiny screws are no match for the rather stiff helicoid).
I did not use the Nikkor for a long time - it is much easier to get good shots with the 300 PF and then crop. But the mirror lens remains interesting.
Contrast was enhanced in PP.
