Looks like a well stopped down aperture, detail enhancement in post; fine lights in the sky.

Frank ,there will be water under the lily plants, the water level increased significantly after this year rainy season.
It was very pleasant, since the mornings are starting to get cool there were no mosquitoes near the water.

Nice picture. Beautiful light. I would have removed / avoided the smal tree at ⅓ from the right "blocking" the view.
