Colorwise? no idea... I don't even know if the color is stable over time. Can't see colors really well, so it doesn't matter to me. I can go with a cheap light!
In terms of intensity? it looks very uniformous to me, good enough actually.

Problem for me with constant light panel are small pupils in the eyes as opposed to a flash (without model light or the model light turned down) People tend to look much more friendly with normal, larger pupil size.

well observed... the manga effect.
