I had a quick think and I agree there is nothing disrespectful.
I probably would have not had the guts to shoot but that's just me.
The photo is poignant, I really feel for this man - and many others in his predicament.

That is a strong picture, Robert.  :-\ At least he is not suffering waiting for the 810's successor..
