Love the first one too, although the background is a little bit distracting. The model is beautiful, attractive and very feminine.

In the second one, the horse head is not in focus, hence to many blur elements of the image.

I love the last ones too ! :)

These horses are the most magnificent ever for photos

1st image - I dont fancy her expression. She could have looked down - and slightly to one side (horse side)

Underwear sticking out - not in bad taste - doesnt bother me either way - no right or wrong. You could have had 2 different shots if you did a half undressed one and then a more formal one.

2nd image - horse OOF - being such a big part of the frame - distracts hugely for me. Her whote bra sticking out on her back is tatty. Position of the rope is distracting.

image with models face partly behind the horse - doesnt work for me at all. Its a messy image with part of another horse sticking out.

image with half a kiss kind of thing - expression doesnt work for me. In that image I would have liked her more dressed.

I think Armando - what you have to realize-
This is no different to any other "portrait" shoot. You still pay attention to sharpness and especially facial pose and expression of the model
secondly - I think your models were the problem. Your shots would have been totally different if you had more confident models. I know what you can produce quality wise - I really think you were distracted and were finding it difficult to get what you want. (sometimes you only know what you want once you see it)

Great feedback Elsa

You describe how I felt after this session, I was nervous and the girls were too , and well the results show it

I came to the location expecting a wide open space and it wasn't , I was expecting the horses to be moving, and they were standing ... I can give more excuses :)

if there is a next time I know what to ask and be better prepared

Armando - I can pick up all the issues exactly because I make the same mistakes and get into the same situations - so I get it.

You will not have a problem next time - I have seen the quality of your work.
