PLS: Can you help me. Since Photoshop version 6.0 I always used English menus. With the upgrade to Creative Cloud 5.0.0.354 I suddenly have German menus and I do not like them. I know all my ways in the English version, with the German version it is only guesswork..

Does this work?

"Just quit from Photoshop CC and go to your Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC/xx_XX/Locales/Support Files folder and find the "tw10428.dat" file. Change the name of this file from "tw10428.dat" to "tw10428.bak". Launch your Photoshop CC again. Now your Photoshop CC is in English.Jun 19, 2013"
