Hard without seeing more of the insect, but it could be a chironomid, https://en.wikipedia.org/?title=Chironomidae based on the appearance of the antennae, which you have rendered very nicely. The broken leg distracts, could it be cropped out?

i am doing another take at higher mag which will eliminate the leg..  i didn't realize it was broken until you mentioned it.. typically the legs will be crossed after they die.

checked your ref. - i don't think so as this insect is quite small.. about 5mm in length and the legs are not as long..   definitely understand you need a picture of the entire insect...

I would also like to see the full insect  - but have to say - this insect  is almost  beautiful with those antennae - I wonder if insects also have to be attractive to their partners...
